DISCIPLINES :

R.J. Sinclair is a multi-discipline design practice offering full design and construction management to provide clients with a unique single point of contact design service :

Architectural :

Concept sketches, detailed design, Council approvals, specifications, construction documentation, etc. is all carried out in-house to meet each client’s specific needs for all project types.

3D Modelling :

Can be carried out for all project types using the latest Revit® architectural modelling program, to show clients how their project might look when complete and to illustrate various finishes and building envelopes.

Structural, Civil, Hydraulic Engineering :

All of our engineering designs are carried out by our engineering partners, and are fully certified for compliance with all relevant Australian and industry standards. All documentation is carried out in-house to ensure compatibility with the architectural design and to minimise costs to our clients.

Electrical Engineering & HVAC Design :

Is carried out by our electrical and HVAC consultants under our direct supervision, and includes preparation of drawings, specifications, negotiation with supply authorities and site supervision.
