Pollution Control & Trade Waste :

Detailed systems designs are carried out in-house and include recommendations for individual equipment components to meet various project and regulatory requirements.

 

Tenders & Contracts :

Preparation of tender packages, contract conditions, and selection of tenderers is carried out to obtain competitive pricing for our clients.

 

Contract Management :

Many of our clients are busy running other businesses and call on R.J. Sinclair to manage the building contractor in their behalf, allowing the client to concentrate day to day activities on normal business whilst we look after their interests on the building site and contractually.
