R.J. Sinclair provides design services for all types of residential projects including alterations and additions to existing properties, all types of new residences featuring simple construction methods and ecological sustainability and through to large scale luxury resort style residences on acreage.

Sustainable Housing Eco-Design & Energy Efficiency

Dick has completed the prescribed training and has been recognised as a BDA accredited Eco-Design Smart Building Designer of sustainable housing.

All BASIX certificates (Energy Efficiency reports for NSW) are prepared in-house to ensure designs are enhanced by the logical application of mandatory energy efficiency requirements. Where legislation in other states, or the Building Code of Australia, requires energy efficiency certification, specialist consultants are engaged to provide the necessary services.

Bush Fire Reports

Bush Fire reports are often required in rural areas and most bush fire reports are prepared in-house to ensure practical application of the relevant legislation.
