Dick Sinclair
Dick leads the team and has over 40 years experience in architectural, structural, civil, hydraulic design disciplines and project management and contract administration experience.
Tony Thorpe
Tony is our senior drafter, has worked with Dick for over 20 years and has more than 30 years experience, primarily in structural documentation, however, has gained considerable architectural and services design and documentation skills since joining R.J. Sinclair in 1997.
Vaughn Pelias
Vaughn joined the company three years ago as an apprentice drafter. In this short time Vaughn has become our gun 3D graphic drafter, and prepares our 3D renderings of architectural design projects, allowing clients to visualise the completed project. Vaughn has also recently completed his Certificate IV in Structural Design.
Rick Allen
Rick, who has a background in specialist insulation contracting, also joined the
team three years ago as a project manager assisting with the refurbishment of over
20 car wash sites for a major oil company, the set-
Steve “Max” Walker
Max has worked with R.J. Sinclair for over 10 years and has been directly responsible for the major customisation of our AutoCAD program, and the documentation of numerous service station upgrades.
Guan Lee
Guan is a specialist workshop detailer who provides services to the company from time to time and has worked on various projects including the Sydney International Airport project and the preparation of numerous Dangerous Goods plans for a major oil company.
